Hunter Thayer-Rowley Memorial
Our hearts are broken.
Our 18 year-old step-grandson, Hunter Thayer Rowley died suddenly on Thursday, February 23, 2017 in Walla Walla, WA leaving his family in a state of grief and loss. His 18 year old twin brother and step sister, his seven year old little sister, his parents, his grandparents, and the extended family are all struggling to come to terms with the situation.
Friends have been asking how they can help. This GoFundMe page represents one response.
Hunter's family appreciates any contribution you might feel moved to make to help defray funeral costs. No amount of money could possibly fill the void left by Hunter's death, but your help will ease his family's financial burden of this sudden loss.
Hunter was a senior in the Walla Walla Opportunity Program. This is a particularly difficult loss as Hunter, just two years ago, got the "all clear" from cancer after a grueling year-long treatment regimen that took him, his mother, little sister, and grand parents to a life at the Ronald McDonald House in Seattle. We are all thankful for the additional two years we were gifted with Hunter. And, we are all working to make sense of this loss.
Thank you for whatever you feel moved to contribute. The family appreciates your thoughts, prayers, and support.
