Help Hunter pay for Mia's emergency surgery

Hunter's cat Mia has an impaction and needs surgery! Hunter spent 6.5hrs at the vet today trying to figure out what was wrong with Mia as she was acting very strangely all morning. She was hiding and would not take any food or treats, or drink any water. Before she was able to be seen by a vet but while waiting in their lobby, her breathing slowed down almost completely. Once she was seen they determined an xray would be necessary, and it was extremely lucky that the object she ate showed up on the xray but due to the size of whatever she ate she will need surgery to have it removed. In total, the surgery will cost at the high end around $8200, but a minimim of around $6500, so we are hoping to raise as much towards the cost as possible. Literally any amount contributed is so deeply appreciated! Mia is 6 years old and otherwise a very healthy girl with so much life left to live, any help getting her back to her sassy lil self means the absolute world! <3

I'm not sure how likely it is we hit the goal, but any extra over the cost of the procedure would be used to cover time off work for Hunter to care for Mia while she heals.
