Please join the Tennessee Art Education Association (TAEA) in reaching out to three art educators in Humphrey County whose classrooms were recently ravaged by flood waters following Hurricane Ida.

Waverly Elementary art teacher Michael Mott, Waverly Junior High art teacher Laura Daniels, and Waverly Central High School art teacher Bonnie Bentley suffered extreme losses of materials due to this flooding.

We at TAEA are launching a relief effort to show we care. We invite you to donate. The money raised from these donations will then be used to buy gift cards for these teachers to replenish the art supplies for their classrooms.

The Tennessee Art Education Association (TAEA) is a non-profit organization that provides professional development, advocacy, and community to arts education professionals in K-12 public schools, private schools, museum settings, and other art-related fields. Everyone on our board volunteers their time and expertise to advocate for arts educators. You can learn more about us on our website: www.tnarteducation.org
