On April 11, 2025, Tami suffered a grand mal seizure while at work and was rushed to the hospital by ambulance. After undergoing a series of tests, she received a devastating, life-altering diagnosis. In the early hours of April 12, a neurosurgeon informed Tami that her MRI revealed a low-grade glioma located in the lower left quadrant of her brain.

After a series of heart-wrenching doctors appointments it was determined that the best recourse would be to remove as much of the brain tumor as possible. On May 21, Tami is scheduled to undergo brain surgery. While we remain hopeful for a full recovery without lasting effects, the outcome is still uncertain at this stage.
