I have developed a breakthrough method for synthesizing liquid hydrocarbons (gasoline) using one of the world's most abundant and low-cost materials: ash.
We are ready to license this tech now!
LABS: The University of Technology and Economics Budapest (BME), State Key Laboratory of Materials-oriented Chemical Engineering (China) and Nanjing Tech University indicate that the syngas, H2:CO ratio, produced with this method is high.
While the energy industry spends billions on volatile methane-to-fuel technologies, my process takes no methane or coal. This method is better than (DAC) Direct Air Capture and doesn't use harmful amine solution, it is also cleaner and higher yield than most biomass methods. By utilizing minerals found in common wood ash (and even pellicle ash), I have created a way to produce high-grade fuel without additional drilling or fracking. This could make gasoline cheap enough to make oil fracking uneconomical and unnecessary.
I successfully secured my priority date with the USPTO by filing a provisional patent on January 29, 2026. I am now in the critical 12-month window to finalize the non-provisional application.
This is the "Business" phase of the project. A non-provisional patent is the legal "fence" that can still help license this technology to major energy, and renewable fuel firms. My goal is to move this to an industrial-scale solution that turns ash into a global energy asset.
As an independent inventor working with limited resources, I qualify for Micro Entity Status, which reduces federal fees by 80%. However, the path to a granted patent still requires significant capital for:
Federal Filing, Search, and Examination Fees: The mandatory "entry fees" for the USPTO.
Professional Technical Illustrations: High-precision engineering diagrams required by federal standards.
Issue & Maintenance Fees: The final costs to put the patent number in my hand and keep it active.
To protect the commercial licensing value, the specific electrochemical parameters and proprietary synthesis steps are not disclosed publicly, but are fully documented in my USPTO filing. I am also actively appealing to the California Lawyers for the Arts (CLA) and Arizona Public Patent Program to ensure the highest level of legal "claims" drafting.
Every dollar raised goes directly into the "Patent Fund" to ensure this technology belongs to the world and not just a single corporation. Thank you for supporting the future of waste-to-energy fuel!
