Humbly asking for some support

My name is Mandy, and I find myself in a place financially where I just have to push my pride to the side and ask for help. I am the mother of two great kids, one of whom has some medical complexities. A recent change in her care coverage has caused her appointments to go up by $1400 per neurology appointment (I do work full-time and we have insurance but despite that, cost are sometimes more than I can handle). This, along with a string of bad luck in May (a broken tooth from a seizure, our dryer broke, our floor in the laundry room fell through, and two bad tires), has sent us into a really bad financial spot. I just need some help getting ahead because right now we are drowning in these circumstances. I am a responsible spender, and it's embarrassing to be in this position. Yet here we are. Any and all help is appreciated!
