I have been working with Dix since 2018. Born in the small village of Sankuyo on the periphery of the Okavango Delta, Dix has always loved animals. Dix has worked over a decade on predator research, human-wildlife conflict, and environmental education project. One of his biggest dreams is to improve human-wildlife relationships in his home village of Sankuyo.

As a wedding gift, I am asking for donations for Dix to make some of these projects he's been dreaming of into a reality. Ideally, the money donated will be used to jumpstart the environmental library/bird hide. It will house the identification books and study materials that community members use to study for the professional wildlife tourism guide license. If we are unable to get the library off the ground, the money will be given to his current human-elephant mitigation chilli project!
