Human to Human

Welcome to my fundraising project “Human to Human”. Gaza is experiencing a heartbreaking humanitarian emergency, marked by a recent surge in violence and conflict. Families are grappling with limited access to basic necessities, including clean water, food, healthcare, and shelter.

So I ask you to join me as I desperately try to help in one of the few ways that I can, by collecting funds from human beings to help other human beings. 100% of the funds will be distributed to UNICEF, the UN, and the American Friends Service Committee to specifically provide aid to families in Gaza. No contribution is too small, and I thank you for your support.

About me: My name is Lamya and I live in Raleigh, North Carolina. I was born in the United States to Palestinian parents who immigrated here before I was born. Through their stories and experiences, I grew up hearing firsthand about the hardships faced by my family in Palestine. My heart breaks knowing that so many innocent civilians, especially children, are suffering through unimaginable conditions in Gaza. As someone with Palestinian roots, this is a cause that is profoundly personal and meaningful to me. Thank you for supporting my fundraiser and helping other human beings in dire need.
