Hello, my name is Rami, and I am fundraising on behalf of my friend Suleeman Khateeb's family and here is his story.

My name is Suleeman, and I am a father of three daughters, living with my wife. Like many others, my family and I have gone through unimaginable hardship due to the war.

We lost our home—the apartment I had taken a loan for and worked so hard to provide for my family. In a moment, everything we built was gone. The war did not only take our home, but also our sense of stability, safety, and peace.

Since then, we have been displaced, moving from place to place, facing extremely difficult living conditions. Prices have become incredibly high, and even basic needs are now a daily struggle. Providing shelter and necessities for my wife and daughters has become overwhelming.

In the past, I created a fundraising campaign with the hope of traveling and finding a safer, more stable future for my family. Unfortunately, I was not able to reach that goal. Because of that, I made the difficult decision to give up on the idea of traveling.

Instead, I have lowered the fundraising goal to focus on something more urgent and realistic—helping my family survive and live a somewhat dignified life here in Gaza. I am now burdened with a loan for a home that no longer exists, while also trying to afford rent for a place to keep my family safe.

I am asking for your help to pay off part of this loan and to support my family with rent during this difficult time. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a real difference in helping us get through this hardship.
