My name is Rachael Grellmore,

About SLB
Stories Left Behind is a (registered) Humanitarian Non-profit Global Organization, with its primary goal and objective to create a supportive and caring environment for children, youth and young people of the less privileged (and others in need) among us in society.
We are raising funds to provide humanitarian aid when needed. Some of the proceeds from the fund raise will go to Connor Toby.
We have teamed up with
Shortmus Productions and
Vincy Lime to provide humanitarian efforts to Connor Toby, a 10 yr old living in St. Vincent with a rare medical condition.
Mission:
To provide humanitarian efforts focusing on providing food, clothing, personal hygiene items, financial assistance, educational resources and a support system to
the family.
Read his story below:
Connor Toby Story
Connor Toby is 10yrs old D.O.B : 17/December/2011
Parents: Sacha Toby and Tyrone Simmons He resides in the village of Diamonds, St. Vincent & the Grenadines with his parents and baby sister Corina.
( Sacha Toby no longer works and Tyrone farm his land, they both take care of Connor)
Connor was a healthy boy attending school when he got the first seizure on December 12, 2020. He kept getting attacks off and on. In the month of March 2022, he took for the worse. He lost his speech, hearing, eye sight and mobility to walk.
In May of 2022 the government flew him to Trinidad, where he was diagnosed with Adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD), a genetic condition that damages the membrane (myelin sheath) that covers nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord.
At present he is visited regularly by the community doctor. He is transported to physiotherapy, which is one of the challenges. He frequents the Georgetown hospital.
Please Join the Mission by donating and sharing Connor’s story.
