Beloved Reader,

We come to you on behalf of our precious friend, Rhoda. She has suffered and survived many things, including being drugged, kidnapped and sold into sexual slavery by the Japanese Yakuza (mafia). Rhoda gives God all the glory for helping her escape and for saving her from death. She is currently medically disabled and insurance refuses to pay for needed treatment.

Last year, Rhoda had a spinal fusion leaving 14 screws, 2 rods, and a metal plate in her back. Before she had fully healed from surgery, her car was hit twice by a trucker who failed to put his vehicle in park. Now, her doctor says she needs a stem cell procedure to lessen her chronic, debilitating pain. Because insurance won’t cover it, she needs our help.

Though Rhoda is suffering, she has an inspiring attitude and continues praising the Lord and using her life to help others. Rhoda tells everyone that the joy of the Lord is her strength!
