Hull Wyke

Hi everyone,

Firstly can I just thank you all for taking the time to read why I am taking on the task of climbing Ben Nevis.

Over the last few months I have been helping down at my son Lucas's Rugby team Hull Wyke and as of July the team will be splitting off from the cubs and starting to work towards playing their first games at the start of 2026 as an under 6s team with this I am looking to fundraise towards the team and help them take their first steps into the Greatest sport in the world Rugby League.

At the same time I have started wanting to push myself more in this last year as so I am taking myself out of my comfort zone and challenging myself to the 8/9 hour climb up Ben Nevis to the summit and back down again.

All the funds raised will go towards the team in helping them get training kits and other things like team days out to help them bond as a team.
