Hui O 'Imiloa 37th Annual Lūʻau

Hello, we are Hui O ʻImiloa the Hawaiʻi Club at UCLA! We will be hosting our 37th Annual Lūʻau in UCLA’s Ackerman Grand Ballroom on Sunday, May 15th 2022. Lūʻau is an integral part of traditional Hawaiian and local culture and brings people together through dance, storytelling, and music. Our Lūʻau will include a variety of dances, including traditional kahiko, ʻauana, kāne, and a special dance for the seniors of Hui O ‘Imiloa. We will also be having ‘ukulele performances from some of our very own club members!

Our performers have been passionately working for months now, learning hula from a professional kumu hula who has been gracious enough to teach us more about the beauty of Hawaiian culture and community. Please help support Hui O 'Imiloa to share the beauty of Hawaiian and local culture with our UCLA community!
