Hey it’s me Hugo, with an exciting announcement- on February 24th I’m scheduled for top surgery! This is something I’ve known I needed for a long time, and I feel so lucky to get to make this huge step in my journey to becoming myself.

I’m lucky enough to have insurance that will cover a large percentage of the cost of the procedure, but I’m asking for some help with covering the remainder of the costs that insurance doesn’t cover. Anything helps!
