Hugh Myddelton Primary School- Sensory Room Fundraiser

Hugh Myddelton is a primary school in the heart of a diverse and lively community in Islington, London. The children come from a diverse range of socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, giving the school a vibrant and inclusive feel. Every child is celebrated and encouraged to work to the best of their abilities.

The school is fundraising to purchase items for a sensory room that their SEN students can benefit from. The room will be specially designed with various stimuli—lights, colours, soft play resources, and aromas—to help the children explore and engage their senses safely. Due to a lack of funding, this has not been possible so Uncommon are hosting their choir on 11th December for a morning of festive carols in the Lower Ground Member’s Bar.
