In 2022, when I was 18 years old,I was diagnosed with ADHD.Having diagnosed so later in life completely create a whole in my self-esteem.Understanding that my brain works differently to this day was a definitive moment in my life.My brother who was diagnosed early in life helped me to embraced and hug my ADHD.

This story is the journey into finding acceptance and humour of our deepest insecurities as well as unravel the complexities of ADHD and your contribution is impactful.
