Huge Plumbing Emergency- Help Us Save Our House

My name is Amanda and I am asking for help to fix a HUGE plumbing issue in the home that I, my husband, and our 1 year old baby girl Violet live in. Shortly after we bought our house in 2020 we’ve had issues with our plumbing backing up out of a floor drain in the basement. This isn’t just water, it’s SEWAGE flooding my entire basement floor. In the past we’ve been able to use drain cleaners, plungers, etc., and it fixes the issue for a while. In 2022, while I was 1 million months pregnant, it got to the point where we had to call a plumber. They snaked the drain, which cost us nearly $1,000 right before the most expensive miracle came into this world, but the plumber said that it was a temporary fix and we would need to completely replace all of our plumbing. That was absolutely not an option for us at the time as we were only a few weeks away from Violet making her entrance, but unfortunately we are at a point where we cannot put it off anymore. For the past week and a half there has been sewage flooding my basement anytime we so much as rinse a dish, and despite our best efforts we cannot fix the issue ourselves. I just want my daughter to be able to live in a clean home with working plumbing (she doesn’t have access to the basement, but god forbid we have another tornado scare and that’s the only place for us to go). Unfortunately with some pretty large new expenses(daycare costs and our mortgage going up another $200, making an increase of nearly $400 since he bought the home in 2020, which I think should be illegal but what do I know) we absolutely cannot afford to take care of this issue on our own, or at all really. It is really embarrassing for me to ask for help for something like this, so please know that the fact that I am means we very desperately need help. The goal is the estimate we were given by Mr. Rooter, but a specialist will be out soon to give us an exact estimate, but it probably won’t differ much. We truly appreciate any help anyone is willing to give, and you will truly be changing our lives, even if it’s only $1. Thank you in advance. ❤️
