Thank you for visiting my page.
My Frenchie, Huey is very poorly at the moment and under specialist care at the hospital.
We don't quite know what's wrong, investigations are ongoing and it is a process of elimination trying to understand what the underlying cause is. We think it is gut health and not cancerous or bacterial / parasitic.
He stopped eating properly on Tuesday 12 May has been receiving medical care since Thursday 14 May. He currently had a feeding tube and a central line to administer fluids and medication.
I'm hoping some kind souls out there might have some spare change to help contribute towards his medical bills. As of Thursday 21 May current costs are £6,000 and with a minimum of another 3 days of treatment and tests under specialist in-patient care at the hospital, it is likely to reach £8,000 - £10,000 by the weekend.
Times are really tough for at lot of us right now, but if anyone can spare even the cost of a cuppa it would be enormously appreciated, every little helps.
Sadly, I'm experiencing my 4th redundancy since 2018 and about 7 house moves since 2020 so my financial resilience has been exhausted in that time; especially following a number of other Huey related emergencies in that time - dog attacks, eye ulcers and surgery to remove a lump, mouth ulcers and surgery / teeth extraction. The Frenchie struggle is real folks and not for the feint of heart, or poor of pocket ;)
Thank you so much for anything you can contribute, and your support wishing Huey a speedy recovery.
xx
