Pat’s Fight Against BREAST CANCER
My Mother-In-Law, Pat Dennis Ratcliffe, was diagnosed with HERS 2+ breast cancer in March. She found a huge tumor and went the doctor. HERS 2+ is an aggressive type breast cancer that can spread quickly. Due to this She had to immediately start treatments and can no longer work.
She has worked for the Bossier Parish School Board in the child nutrition program for 7 years. She is originally from Bradley Ark/Springhill La and currently resides outside of Benton La.
She will have to undergo 6 rounds of chemo every 3 weeks. Then surgery to remove the tumor followed by radiation every day. After that she will have to have targeted treatment therapy. We have created this to help offset the struggles that come with cancer treatment. Lack of pay from not being able to work, dr visits, and medical bills.
Pat and her husband Wendall aren’t ones that like asking for help but have gotten to a point where they really need it. Anything that you can donate is a huge help and nothing is too big or small.
