Our much loved Jessica and JJ welcomed their second child, and baby brother to Annabelle recently, bringing immense joy and love into their lives. Shortly after his birth, they learned that Hudson was born with Down syndrome. Despite all the tests and scans during pregnancy, no diagnosis was ever picked up; in fact, they were informed of the very low chances of a 'difference' and that he was thriving and in very healthy in utero. This news brought a mix of emotions—overwhelming love for this precious gift and uncertainty about the future.
Hudson is an incredible blessing, and JJ and Jess are committed to giving him the best care possible. However, the journey ahead includes numerous medical appointments, operations, specialised therapies, and additional support to ensure he thrives. These necessary treatments and interventions come with significant financial challenges, and that’s why we are asking for your help.
