A few days before Christmas, our family lost our beloved grandma. Her passing has left a huge hole in our hearts, and this has already been an incredibly difficult time for all of us.

Unfortunately, after her passing, we were informed that her insurance policy did not cover what we were originally told it would. Because of this mistake, our family has been left with $3,000 in unexpected funeral expenses. This added stress during a time of grief has been overwhelming.
