Hi! I am la Madre de Huarache and I immigrated to Mexico 4 years ago!

I recently moved into a neighborhood that I absolutely love, and have been fully accepted into by the community, and I want to show my appreciation.

School starts on September 1. Growing up under privileged and in poverty in the US, I know the stress that this time period can have on students, parents AND educators. So I'm trying to raise money to help support a local elementary school!

The money will be used directly for buying a new white board in one of classrooms, 2 projectors, and to help fix the schools sound system.

I think we can all agree that these things are necessary for the school. Any extra money will be used to help buy extra uniforms for students who may not have them.
