Support Max's AFTER Life-Saving Surgery Recovery!

Today I am begging for help to save Max!

On the morning of the 19th Max was ran over by a truck. He was immediately taken to the Nehalem Animal Healing vet clinic in Nehalem Oregon. They did not find any broken bones, but he had air around his lungs, his heart was displaced and he had 3 large wounds needing stitches, including one on his tongue! They kept him over night and he was sent home to his parents the next day with antibiotics, pain meds and a strict regimen for rest.

Throughout the day on the 20th he was vomiting and antsy, he would not eat and threw up everything he drank. They called the vet and we're given an anti nausea injection for him. He seemed to be as ok as can be expected the rest of the day, though mom and dad had to take shifts to watch him through the night and his vomiting never stopped.

Today the 21st They called his regular vet to ask questions regarding the vomiting, failure to eat, and the fact that he was bloated and his stomach was distended. The vet told them to take him to an emergency vet immediately. They are currently sitting at Tanasbourne Emergency Vet and just found out he has a ruptured bladder and needs an expensive surgery to save his life!

This dog is a happy happy guy, he loves to play fetch, run on the beach, go for hikes with his parents and drive everyone nuts when his dad gets home from all his excitement. He deserves to be given the chance to live. He is barely 3 years old and has so many more hikes to take and balls to catch!
