Hello friends,

I’m here to ask that you please consider donating to my friend and her beautiful daughter, Lyric. SJ Burns is very much known for her amazing heart that gives and radiates love for all. Sj has lived a life full of giving to others in need and my hope is to return that gift and give to her/family in their time of need.

Lyric is pregnant with her second child, Violet.

Violet has a severe congenital heart defect called hypoplastic left heart syndrome, HLHS. This affects normal blood flow through her heart, as the left side did not develop as it should. Due to the defect, Violet will require three different heart surgeries, one being 5-7 days after she is born. Following this will be at least a 10-12 week hospital stay, after which a second surgery will take place.

With this defect comes multiple trips to Riley Children's Hospital for surgeries and appointments, hotel stays, and time off of work. Lyric is used to working full time, this will be quite a change. They have appreciated being showered with love and kindness thus far and any support here is further appreciated and will be used to get this sweet baby girl as healthy as she can be and home with her family.
