Allisa is my 8 year old niece. On October 27th she had a tumor removed from her brain. She was then diagnosed with medulloblastoma, a type of cancer. Allisa has to undergo one year of chemotherapy and radiation. My sister is a single mother of two and has had to take a leave of absence from her job as a dental hygienist to care for Allisa.
