Tadia Rice documenting history

I have been a human right activist all my life, despite being an American business executive! In 1994 I was invited to serve as an International Observer during the first-ever democratic elections in South Africa. I fell in love with the nation and lived there for several years thereafter. In 2008 I returned to the US and now live in Hawaii. I am a trainer and speaker, and often talk about Nelson Mandela, and the concepts of Ubuntu and Aloha, because he exemplified both. I am writing a book about my experiences with Nelson Mandela, and the people of this remarkable land called South Africa. Mandela and many others in the struggle for freedom have had tremendous impact on me, and many other individuals around the world.
Today I was invited to return to South Africa for the 20th Anniversary of those historic elections I witnessed. Thanks to the generosity of icon Yvonne Chaka Chaka (pictured with me in the photo) I will have an inside view of the celebrations and events that will commemorate the unique history of this country. This visit will allow me to complete the final chapters of my book, "Memoirs of Mandela: Lessons on Life and Ubuntu" because I will have this opportunity to document the New South Africa twenty years later, from the inside and out.
As I live in Hawaii, located on the other side of the world, this trip is very expensive with numerous flights, and although I can afford to stay in country for several weeks, I need financial help for the airfares. Will you please help me fund this visit so I can complete my book?
Thank you very much!
