Bobbie Holbrook needs your help. Please read this.

Hello my name is Tracie I am trying to help my Mother Bobbie Holbrook. She is in desperate need of Cataract surgery. She is the kind of a woman that will never admit that she is sick or in pain. Or in this case that she couldn't see. It really should have been dealt with a long time ago. It got to the point where she couldn't deny that she couldn't see.The ophthalmologist she is seeing says her eyes are so bad it's not going to be long before she has 0 vision left. He showed us the photos of her cataracts. Explained the stages of cataracts it is determined by there color. Hers are red there is only one more stage that is white. She is legally blind but there is still hope she can see better. If she has to wait much longer it won't be fixable at all.My Mother was born in 1935 and she doesn't give up. She has had a few falls over the last few years. She has pins in both hips, fractured her back and has never given up. She gets up and keeps going she does use a walker now. Mainly to keep her off the floor. I feel if she loses her ability to see how to get around on her own she may lose her drive and determination to keep going. All my life my friends and people she meets think she is a hoot.  One of the first things my friends still ask me is. how she is doing.  We are not a part of a close net family that spends the holidays together or chatting on the phone. So there is not really any family support to speak of. But I am asking that any family or friends that read this please help. It may have been years since we have talked but mom really needs your help. Her first surgery is scheduled for September 27th and we have to pay for everything her Medicare doesn't cover a week before her surgery. So we are running out of time. So please even if you can not help at this time share this on your FB, twitter, Instagram your churchs web site. Anywhere you can post it.  Maybe it will reach that one special person that is able to help her. If it was something we could do on our own I wouldn't be asking.

The money will be used for the leases she has to have that her Medicare doesn't cover. The 20% Medicare doesn't cover. Her prescriptions that are not covered. It will all be put to good use.
