Hi my name is Matt and I was diagnosed with end stage liver disease in January 2022. 

 

After an extremely long uphill journey. I am listed for liver transplant on June 10,2022 at UCLA. I couldn’t feel more ready and thankful to get a chance at a second life with my wife and loved ones. The road ahead of me is long and going to take some serious determination, support, and love from me and my family.  

 

As you can imagine I haven’t been able to work and cost of drs are substantial. Gas prices from Orange County to Los Angeles daily and hospital parking are adding up. But that is nothing compared to the expenses of my diet. My diet is critical to my survival pre and post transplant and includes fresh organic produce and protein daily for the rest of my life, as well as numerous medications and doctors visits for life. 

 

Any and all support would be greatly appreciated by me and loved ones so we can continue to pay the amazing doctors and staff saving my life and I can help those sacrificing everything to be here day and night with me.
