Hello world..my name is Emmanuel...my First born son Blake was murdered just a few weeks ago on Nov.5th,2017 in Houston's NorthSide neighborhood named Greenspoint...My SON was born just around the corner at a hospital in the same neighborhood...He had recently graduated from Nimitz H.S and was pursuing a career in the military as many of his past relatives (Great-GRANDFATHER,GRANDFATHER,uncles,aunta&cousins) had done before...He was working at a Whataburger and saving his money up to buy a vehicle and an apartment to live in until his enlistment...My son had just also recently asked his high school sweetheart to marry him and after accepting they began plans with their parents blessings and support to get married...My son's life was SENSELESSLY taken from him over the same gun violence that is plaguing so many of our communities all over the world....Our city has seen such a large increase in these situations and i along with many others inside and outside this community have been working hard to combat these occurrences...This loss of my own first born to these same destructive devices used improperly has really left my family, his siblings and myself feeling EMPTY!! So painful this is...I was also traumatized deeply by the unprofessional and irresponsible duties served to my son and myself by the funeral director during the whole planning process...i wasn't able to grieve because of the constant hassle of incomplete tasks and improper handling of complete funeral services...my son was just recently buried because of that improper handling...i was also not made aware of the tiime of burial or the location of my son's burial...i was not present...i have not had any proper closure of this situation....I have only his headstone to purchase and i am asking for your help to purchase this item for him....I also am asking that you assist me on getting my family together for this healing season....i wasn't able to bring them down here for the services as finances were few at that time and because this was a VERY UNEXPECTED event...my son was soo young....I plan to investigate and bring to JUSTICE all those involved in taking this AMAZING SHINING LIGHT from our family and ourselves and i ask for any assistance you may be able to give so that i may get thru this very tough time and honor my King..My SON...KING BLAKE ROSHEYN THOMAS...PLEASE HELP THIS HOUSTONIAN HEAL!!
