Help with medical expenses

Its been a rough few years after injuring my spine, I have spinal stenosis and foraminal stenosis herniated discs, lumber and cervical spine .

I have battled to have conservative care trying to avoid surgery yet now once again my spine has let me down and the doctors are stating that my conditions are only going to get worse.

My mobility is impeded that I require assistance for daily tasks . I have drained my superannuation to keep me and my two daughters housed feed clothed etc and to gain the medical care that’s I have needed. I am the sole carer and financial provider for my two daughters 16 & 12.

I’m often too proud to ask for help yet today I must. The assistance that you give me will go to medical costs and transportation needs every day carers to relieve the strain from my two daughters who are at school full time.

physio

transportation to and from appointments

medicine (PBS dose not cover my pain medications due to my anaphylaxis)

walking aids ie. wheel chair etc

Anglicare in home services (showering cleaning etc)

This is just scratching the surface, yet will go along way to help me to get timely medical attention and support to be able to lead a better life.
