The mission of this program is to bring about a lasting improvement in the educational and social lives of inner city children in Poughkeepsie, NY.  The H.T.A.S.C. After School program gives 40 children a safe and secure place to go between the hours of 3pm and 5:30pm. Most of these children live in a federally subsidized apartment complex where the inherent risks of poverty housing exist.  At H.T.A.S.C., children have a snack, get their homework done (with help if they need it), and relax with peers, staff and volunteers.

H.T.A.S.C. is funded by organizations and individuals that believe all children deserve a bright future.

The program is currently facing serious financial challenges.  If YOU believe all children deserve a promising future, please DONATE today.
