Update: we have a place now and was able to get 2 storage buildings, thanks to the go fund me and a few family and friends. Now with us trying to get caught up we are needing help with food. We are stuck in a cycle of either paying for our bills or buying groceries. 

We are being forced out of our home that we spent the last 3 years renovating. We aren’t just losing what we thought was our forever home but also our furbabies, our memories, our time, and our neighbor community.

With this all being so last minute and around the holidays, we’ve had to explain to our son there will not be presents this year. All that matters is if we find a place to go. We’re looking to raise money to help us make a down payment, get a storage unit, and be able to buy food. All of this going on we also have the added stress of not only moving our belongings but my Grammys as well. She is currently moving out of her apartment into a nursing home due to her suffering a stroke, heart attack and lung cancer. So to say we are under stress is a definite understatement.

We are not the type to ask for help. I’ve personally always strived to be the person that helps others before I will ever admit to needing help myself. The time has finally arrived where I’m asking. Anything helps.
