hello, my name is chrissy kerfoot, jessica’s older sister jessica kerfoot who is only 16 was hit by a car on wednesday August 11, 2021 on 74 and was placed into a medically induced coma. she has bleeding and swelling on her brain. jessica was rushed into emergency surgery to remove her spleen due to internal bleeding, due to that she has no immune system now. she has staples in her head and a fractured skull. both hips are broken and she underwent surgery yesterday to try to fix that, she has skin missing from her hip and will have to learn to walk again. her speech is slurred still but is coming around. jessie will be in the hospital for months and she will have to go to a rehabilitation center and then physical therapy to walk again. my father is the only way of income at the moment and he can not work as he is staying by her side every step of the way. jessica will be out of work as well. anything helps and we are more than grateful. thank you for all the prayers and love.
