Hi, My name is Michelle Venegas and I’m raising money for my dog Enzo’s road to recovery.
On March 6th, 2024 Enzo left home for the first time and was lost for 2 days during the rain. We were doing our best to find him through apps, flyers, and driving around for hours. March 8th at 1:30 a.m we got a phone call from a man stating he found Enzo hit and was left on the side of the road. Cross streets were on Vineyard and 8th street in Ontario, Ca. This man was kind enough to bring Enzo to our door step.
My husband and I then rushed Enzo to the Emergency VCA hospital and were there for several hours, until transferring him to his primary hospital in Upland. After X-rays, blood work, various medications, scans, Ivs,etc. Dr. says there’s a big possibility he has a traumatic head injury.
Update on Enzo through everything he has gone through. His healing process is slow, but he’s made a lot of improvement. After all the Dr. visits for his head, double ear infection, continuous blood work, more x-rays. We found out Enzo has a fractured right arm and dislocated left shoulder last week. He’s on his last dosage of steroids but is also taking joint supplements, and cbd daily. He’s been through so much and Dr. says he’s going to need more time to recover, but he’s been such a soldier and strong boy. He’s our family miracle.
Any amount will help us in supporting Enzo’s road to recovery. We appreciate the support from our neighbors and friends during this difficult and stressful time. Enzo means everything to our family.
