Memorial/Funeral cost for Devin

Devin Francis was a great kid, who was taken way too soon by a terrible accident. An innocent by stander in the wrong place at the wrong time. He had so much love for everyone and had a great future ahead of him. It's a terrible loss. Please help the family of Devin in this tragic time.
