As many of you know, Todd is currently in the hospital after suffering a severe gunshot wound. He has been fighting for his life and, by the grace of God, is still with us today. While we are grateful beyond words that he has pulled through this far, he has a long road of recovery ahead.
Todd has been doing all that he can to support his young children, even though we live in different states at the current moment. Unfortunately, with him in the hospital and now facing a lengthy recovery, he is unable to provide the support he has been giving. This has placed an unexpected financial strain on our family.
At the same time, our young daughter, Loretta, has been battling pneumonia and is now possibly facing a seizure disorder. On Sunday, we had to call EMS for her, and then later that same night Todd was hospitalized. Between calling EMS for Loretta that afternoon and then Todd’s emergency that night, it has truly been a whirlwind for our family.
We are reaching out for support to help cover , daycare costs, everyday necessities, and the medical needs Todd may require during his recovery. These are the things that will help us stay connected, make sure the kids are cared for, and ensure Todd has what he needs to heal and to not have to stress about small financial details.
I want to be clear — we are not asking for a handout by any means. But any help, whether through financial support or continued prayers, would be so deeply appreciated.
