Who we are...
Hello! We are the Premier Hartford Soccer Club . A non profit organization for inner city kids expanding our family to our neighboring towns. Although we have been around for decades, we have never had the recognition the club deserves. Although we have won many championships for our club, this year we are honored to represent our Great City of Hartford and the beloved State of Connecticut. Not with just one team, but two.
Our u17 boys were the defending champions from last year. After what can only be compared to a World Cup game, they came out victorious for a second time.
Joining in this year are our u19 boys. Although they have made it to the finals before, through hard work and persevarance, they were crowned champions of their division.
How can you help.....
Being a non profit organization, our coaches and managers volunteer their time. This allows us to help our kids with scholarships and charge a fraction of what other Premier clubs charge. However, for this trip we will need all the help from parents, family members, friends, teachers or neighbors. Maybe even your boss!
The money raised will be used for:
. Hotel fees. We are required to stay at a hotel of the tournament directors chosing and the cost will be a tad higher than what we can afford.
. Transportation Gas, if we are able to raise enough money, we may be able to rent a bus for all the players to travel together, comfortable and on time.
.Food Although some of the kids may travel with pocket money, feeding 32 kids equally will require more than what they can afford to bring and it is, along with the hotel fees, the two biggest obstacles in their way to becoming Regional champions.
This is their time ! Our capital can be rightfully represented! With your help we can let everyone in the North East region know that Hartford Hellions has the talent, they just need the chance to prove it. Any donations will be greatly appreciated. No donation is too small.
