Help Fund Lindblom's Cooking Class

Hi,

We have a high school cooking class that meets once a week for 3 hours. There were over 90 students who wanted to take the course, but we capped enrollment at 45. We don't have many supplies... a few knives, yucky cutting boards, and questionable hot plates. We're hoping to make 10 groups of 4 when cooking.

I have an amazon cart put together with the items we'll need. You can ship items directly to the school if you wish to donate that way. Lindblom's address is:

Then I estimate we'll need perhaps $1,000 dollars for food.

Our food plan:

Omelets.

Chicken Breast with rice.

Roasted Vegetables.

Pasta with red and white sauce.

Could you help us make this class awesome? Lindblom is ~70% free-and-reduced-price lunch and 97% minority. We're excited to be teaching it and need a boost of equipment.

We are also considering having the students get a "Serv Safe" food handler training so they can be hired right away in the food service industry!
