Support Barry and Nat's Legal Battle

Hey family and friends. This is Barry Addison. I’m asking you all to please help my brother Nat and me. We’re trying to get a lawyer because my nephew is trying to put us out of our home. He told us we had to leave by the 28th of June. My brother and I are trying to get a lawyer, but you and I know that cost money? My father Nathaniel Addison just recently died and we’re trying to wrap our minds around that. I got a copy of my father’s will and there’s no way that my father could have said all that was written in his will. The will was written in 2020. You and I know that my father doing that time with suffering from dementia. All he talked about was when he was working at Wooten High School, playing the numbers and my mother. My brother just got home after serving 17 years in prison and my mother always told him he’d have a home to come home too and a place to stay. I have been taking care of my mother and father for years being the primary caregiver. After my mother passed I continue caring for my father. I was preparing his meals, bathing him, washing his clothes and always keeping a clean house. When my brother returned home, he was able to help me with our father. My nephew even told me I was doing a good job caring for my father and if my father had gone into a nursing home, they would have lost the house. All this time, my nephew and my aunt whose name is all throughout the will knew all about wanting to put me and my brother out of our home. My brother and I have not been able to look for a job because of what’s going on and our father just passing. This has also been very emotional and stressful on my brother Nat because he is just getting home after 17 years. He has already loss his mother while being incarcerated and they were very close and not home long enough to enjoy being with his father before he died. My brother and I want to contest the will on the grounds of mental impairment. I don’t know how anybody would think that this is the right thing to do to my brother Nat and myself.
