Im following a childhood dream,to reach Liverpool for trophy parade day,26th of may,since the last one,we won,was during Covid and there was no fans,so being someone with functional neurological disorder (FND) driving a distance isn’t straight forward and will be doing plenty stops and sleeping in my van and documenting my journey and highlighting the work at Shirley’s space and why it’s so important to reach out and talk to someone if your struggling with your metal health or FND,as we have,one on one appointments available in a safe place and groups,that build people’s confidence and allow them to thrive.

My own story I was struggling with FND,after a car crash and went through so many difficulties I couldn’t control and I could no longer,do things I once could and without my family love and support,I wouldn’t get far,even after recovering to a better standard of life,I decided to ask to start a group,for anyone struggling with FND and been running for over a year and Shirley’s space is family and everyone is very welcome to free help
