We are San Jose State University's primary competitive co-ed Bollywood dance team. We aim to take the drama and glamour from Bollywood films and turn them into explosive on-stage productions. Complete with costumes, props, and unique choreography, these performances integrate the flavor from the east and the modernism from the west to create something that entertains all audiences. We dance to encourage the spread of this colorful culture throughout campus and hope to spark a connection with all who participate. Help us compete! Sahaara has gotten into a few competitions including Bollywood Berkley but we need your help. The cost of competeing is quite large. The money you donate will go towards tavel expenses, hotels, props, costumes, and our set. Every penny counts and any money you are willing to donate will help our team greatly!
