I'm a single 62 year old librarian who is out of a job in Montana and and I have a boat-load of medical expenses.  I had my hip replace this last year and owe $10,000.  I have a tiny old house that needs a lot of work done on it, which I also can not afford.  The old windows let in a lot of cold air which means high energy bills even though I keep the temperature at 62 degrees.  I want to avoid bankruptcy.
