FAMILY CRISIS

My name is Clifton Bolton. Many of you may know me as Rico. Last night, going into the early morning, my family and I suffered a tragic loss; we had a house fire. In this house fire, we lost everything; we are walking away with absolutely nothing, and thinking of my kids and me and my wife and mom not having simple basic needs overwhelms me and does not put me at ease as a man of our household. I have taken it upon myself to ask for assistance, putting my pride aside and knowing that it is OK to ask for help in a time like this. I am asking for help because even after losing everything in the fire at the time, my apartment complex has no occupancy, which leaves my family with nowhere to go American Red Cross only provides three nights of shelter for my family. We still have to get the basic needs of Pampers for my youngest child clothes, pajamas, toothpaste, deodorant, soap, and all the other essentials for our day-to-day needs, which we do not have. I’m asking if we can all come together to help if anything makes a difference, and I genuinely mean that anything makes a difference. I’m grateful for it, and I appreciate even just the simplest of prayers from everybody and, so far all the calls and just checking on my family and making sure we are OK. Than
