August 14th Tom Owens 52, husband to Jennifer Owens and two 5 year old twin boys Zane & Zander passed away. His mother pictured with him above passed away earlier this year.

For the past several months Tom has been in and out of the hospital several times and doing everything he could to get better for his family. This last time he was almost in for 2 weeks.

Jennifer had to quite her job last year because of COVID and the risk of bring it home to Tom who was high risk. Jennifer is an amazing mom to her boys, the President of Moms of Multiples of the Rockford Expanse (MMORE), and on the full board at Multiples of Illinois.

Please come together to help us raise money to support The Owens Famly to pay for Toms medical expenses, funeral expenses , to raise education funds for Zane & Zander and help support them as they grieve for their husband and father.

All proceeds will go to Jennifer and her boys.
