Help us bring Mom home

Please help us bring mom home. My fiancé's mother is actively dying and her wish was to go back home to Illinois. Jane was a loved and cherished bus driver to special needs children for over a decade and will be missed dearly. We need help in financially getting her home to her parents' plot so we can lay her to rest with her parents in Illinois. She is currently in Pennsylvania on hospice care and declining quickly. Any help would be greatly appreciated and help her final wishes come true.
