Culinary Trip to Italy

Hello, my name is Joseph I’m an aspiring chef and culinary student. I’m making this in an attempt to raise funds to make it to Italy. I’ve already put over $5000 into this trip and I need $3000 more. On this culinary trip we will learn from a master butcher, have hands on chocolate lessons, cooking lessons in Italian cuisine, go truffle hunting, visit an olive oil factory, and many other activities. I’ve never experienced anything like this and I hope I’ll be able to go. Cooking is my passion and my future!
