Jade and her family

Hello my name is Chelsee, this is my cousin Jade she turned 40 in November and also got the devastating news that she had mouth cancer after being fobbed off several times by doctors. Keeping a positive mindset and attitude jade had surgery leaving her unable to talk or eat but told with further treatment she would recover. Just weeks later jade was told the cancer had spread to her lymph nodes, again jade kept a positive attitude despite the terrible news. Just weeks later jade had blurred vision and was informed the cancer had spread to her brain. After attending an appointment which was meant to be for her radiotherapy jade was then told the cancer was now also in her lungs and her gums, the cancer is very aggressive and with treatment jade would live a year. Jade has now being told she only has weeks to live, leaving behind her partner and two children aged 13 and 8 so I am hoping we can raise some funds to make the last days of jades life as comfortable as possible and to give some support to jades partner and children. Anything at all will help and will be very much appreciated.
