We believe that every young mind deserves equitable access to life skills education to support the Well-being of the Whole-Being, regardless of their background or financial status.

At Higher Ground for Humanity (HGH), we're on a mission to provide proactive and empowering resources to support young minds to navigate life's modern challenges.

Our life skills curriculum includes education on the following topics:

Social Media Literacy understanding the mental and emotional effects of social media pressures and in relation to individual development. We teach students how to reduce screen time in their daily routine and measure value-adds of the time spent.
Food Literacy understanding the short and long-term effects of daily food choices on our health, environment, and the inequities
Self-Care practices teach actions that can be taken daily to support one's own health by using mindfulness and yoga to tune inward and learn from oneself.
Financial Literacy we teach the understanding of money management, the value of budgeting, and the emotional endurance required to become financially disciplined.

Equitable access to information is the catalyst for change in our society.

HGH is a mission-driven education tech company dedicated to empowering young minds with the skills, expertise, and community they need to navigate their emotional and physical well-being.
