Help Levi get better

my 3 year old pitbull husky mix Levi, was attacked by 3 german shepherds last week of June 16th 2025. Our old neighbors left those 3 dogs in their yard alone by themselves and they were super malnourished and kept jumping into our yard. Levi is now losing fur, has scabs all over, and he is getting worse everyday.
