I'm raising money to pay for colon cancer treatment at Levine Cancer Center. I have always had pride in knowing I served the people as a civil servant but now I find myself unable to help even my wife who also has health issues and is struggling with the bills.  I think it important to understand this disease, and early detection is paramount. Unfortunately, I did not have a chance for early diagnosis and medical treatment as I was trapped overseas in Qatar at the height of Covid, my wife fought to get me out which is a long process in itself.  Once I could travel I flew home to the Usa and began treatment right away, the treatment is keeping the cancer at bay but is long and expensive. I am fighting literally for my life so I can make up for lost time with my wife and children also grandchildren. " God willing".
